Working on your own, in pairs and in groups you get the benefit of each other's understanding and insights. Shared stories and delicious food nourish your heart and soul, helping you calm your spinning mind and find clarity about what you want to create more of in your life.

This is Linda Vanderlee's signature workshop - an opportunity to tune in to your desires, your beliefs (the ones that help you and the ones that hold you back) and what support systems work for you. It's a chance to slow down, breathe, notice...and have some fun.
