Founder and Principal

Linda Vanderlee is an executive coach and a process consultant who supports people and teams in their process of discovering ways that they can be more effective and satisfied with their life and their relationships at work and elsewhere in their lives. She believes that learning is enhanced through interactive, experiential and creative explorations. She herself is endeavoring to find ways to nurture her artist self through words, music and various mixed media means. Linda has an M.A. in Organization Development, a B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology, coaching certification and MBTI qualified among other tools and approaches! Linda's CV

Melodie Benger with over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering personal development programs, brings creativity, experience and understanding to the work she does. Melodie led the way in Ottawa by being the first person to offer the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, which she has continued to teach since 1995. With the perspective that each of us is part of an interconnected and interdependent system, Melodie completed an MA in Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University and a certificate in executive coaching with the Professional School of Psychology in California. This provided her with a strong theoretical and practical base in organization and leadership development. Melodie is known for her skill and enthusiasm in helping people find new perspectives and develop skills in working with the challenges and stresses of life at an individual, community and organizational level. Melodie holds a BA in Fine Arts and is certified as a Holistic Lifestyle Educator and Yoga Teacher.

Catherine McKenna is an Ottawa based consultant and co-owner of Innovation Partners. Through her client work and community involvement, Catherine is building awareness of Appreciative Inquiry in Canada and is working to create a vital network of positive change agents in Ottawa. Appreciative inquiry aims to discover, expand, and sustain an organization’s root causes of success, engaging the whole system in achieving quantum gains in organizational, human, economic nd ecological results. Catherine holds an Organization Development certificate from the National Training Laboratories (NTL), a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen's University and a Bachelor's in Psychology, also from Queen's. Specialty training includes MBTI and DiSC certification, and advanced organization design and facilitation training. She facilitates large group methodologies such as Open Space and the AI Summit.

Jacqueline Lambert-Madore, is a freelance consultant who has worked for over 18 years in Mozambique, implementing and managing development programs for Canadian and European NGOs, evaluating projects, assessing national organizations and conducting orientation and information sessions. Her keen interest has been in institutionalstrengthening and in the development and capacity building of local organizations. This approach is also visible in her volunteer work in the community and her involvement in municipal politics. She looks forward to applying her skills and interests towards the development of Rendezvous Rupert primarily in the Financial realm at the moment.

It's been said that what you need is often right next to where you are…and here we found Erin Kuhns! Erin lives near by and brings to us a love of details, creativity, and people living true to themselves. As an educator, writer and Mom she has the skills and experience to help Rendezvous Rupert keep our office systems working smoothly and help the world become aware of the services we offer. Erin's love of gardening has been a bonus discovery that we are already benefiting from!

Sonia Di Capo is on a mission to finesse the French on our site and on our handouts. With Sonia's dance background we're sure her creative spirit will infuse her ability to find just the right expression necessary ...and help Linda with her own turn of phrase 'en français' !
